Pecharka is multi-faceted working in many mediums including oil and acrylic paintings, sculptures, murals, illustrations, and drawings.  His style is varied and includes a multitude of subject material including landscapes, seascapes, people, animals, cartoons, humorous paintings, and abstract.

Pecharka discovered his talent for drawing and sculpting at six years old.  Raised in the small town of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania with six brothers, he began painting as a teenager and sold his first commission while still in high school.  After earning an Arts degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, he has worked in a myriad of occupations as an artist.

Pecharka strives to continually develop his essential core skills as a traditional hands-on artist.  His influences include painters Claude Monet, N.C. Wyeth, and Frank Frazetta, and sculptors Gian Lorenzo Bernini and Paul Manship.

Pecharka enjoys traveling, reading, and anything to do with history.  He lives and works in his studio in Laguna Niguel, California.
